Rate limits protect the API from abuse. They are applied per API key, per service, on a one-minute sliding window. When exceeded, the API returns 429 Too Many Requests with a Retry-After header.

Limits are set per merchant account. If your integration needs more throughput, raise a request from Dashboard → Support with your expected peak volume.

⚠ Handle 429 properly

Back off and retry after the interval in the Retry-After header rather than retrying immediately — tight retry loops extend the throttle window.
